Thank you to the Courtney Jordan Foundation in Sri Lanka ! Two years ago, Anuradha and his family in Southern Sri Lanka received an initial grant of LKR 25 million (2.5 crores) from the Courtney Jordan Foundation in Sri Lanka to help expand and modernize their rubber farm. However, this was only the beginning of a transformational journey—one that went beyond funding and became a true partnership for growth.
Throughout these two years, the foundation has continued to stand by Anuradha’s side, providing additional financial assistance, strategic guidance, and hands-on support to ensure the success of his farm. With this backing, Anuradha has been able to:
✅ Modernize and upgrade his rubber farm with new infrastructure and sustainable farming practices
✅ Establish a dedicated office to improve operations and efficiency
✅ Create jobs and economic opportunities that uplift his family and the wider community
✅ Strengthen Sri Lanka’s rubber industry through innovation and long-term sustainability
Today, in 2025, his vision has become a reality. What started as a family-run farm has now grown into a thriving, sustainable business that not only secures his family’s future but also empowers local workers and strengthens the community.
At the Courtney Jordan Foundation in Sri Lanka, we believe in long-term impact—not just funding projects but working alongside recipients to ensure meaningful change. Anuradha’s success is a testament to the power of strategic investment, mentorship, and unwavering support.
A Heartfelt Thank You
Anuradha and his family express their deep gratitude to the foundation, sharing:
💬 “Bohoma istuti” (Thank you very much) for believing in us, supporting us, and making this dream a reality.”
We are proud to celebrate this milestone with Anuradha and look forward to continuing our mission of empowering communities across Sri Lanka.
